Paul Keller

Paul is an activist and consultant working on the intersections of digital policy, copyright, technology and cultural heritage. On behalf of cultural heritage institutions he advocates for more flexible copyright policies that better align with the needs of an inclusive digital society. Paul serves as an expert observer on the Europeana Foundation Board, chair the copyright working group of the Europeana Network Association and is chair of the rightsstatements.org steering committee. In the past, as director of Kennisland, Paul has been instrumental in writing Europeana's Public Domain Charter and developing the Europeana Licensing Framework as well as the Europeana Publication Framework.
