Despite the recent push for more Open Education (OE) policies brought by the UNESCO 2019 OER Recommendation, the development of such policies at the national and institutional level appears to lag behind. The main objective of the OE Policy Hub is to foster policy benchlearning, supporting institutions and communities to develop OE policies that promote ethical developments of Open Education, acknowledging that such policies sit within wider socioeconomic and educational ecosystems.
