Arab universities do not have any national database to collect their scientific production, facilitate their access and enhance their visibility. They face many difficulties to collect indicators and evaluate their scientific laboratories. The present study aims to provide Arab research officers science indicators to help them define national science policies. The objectif is to present a regional open repository « Digital Resources and Electronic Open Access Library of Morocco ».
