We will present on how to involve students in open source projects using a case study of Ashesi Wiki Club; a club that is aimed at teaching and motivating students to benefit from and contribute to open education projects. We will expound on the importance of introducing Wiki Clubs in various schools and communities to encourage individuals to support the open movement. Attendees will be introduced to a plethora of activities that the club undertakes including the Education Program, Edit-a-thons, Photo Hunts, and Kiwix.
