Open Educational Resources ( OER) are digitized educational content that is developed to be openly available on the internet for all interested parties, freely accessed at no cost, and eligible for distribution under Common Creative or similar Open licenses. In this Lightning talk, we discuss our contribution in establishing an online platform (OER)-based participating model to redress the absence of women from the open education platform in the rural region in Algeria.
