In recent years, Citizen Science has become a global phenomenon and it brings great opportunities for the public to participate in the research process. The relationship between scientists and citizens creates a synergy that enriches the research and stimulates dialogue and learning. It allows creation and analysis of research projects that would otherwise prove impossible in traditional research settings. The talk should focused on successful Citizen Science projects related to life sciences and on proposal of implementation at our home institution in Brno, Czech Republic.
