Experiments present a powerful procedure used mostly in the natural sciences to verify a given hypothesis and thus they play an important role in the learning process at many educational institutions worldwide. Despite their extensive application, however, the digital commons is relatively poor of materials that are free of charge (non-excludability) and can be used infinitely many times (non-rivalry) at low production cost. This presentation covers an initiative aimed at producing high-quality free videos documenting scientific experiments that are ready for use in education.
